Green Dynasty Group offers SMS text notifications (“Green Dynasty Group Job Updates”) to clients regarding job status, appointment scheduling, technician introductions, project updates, and review requests.
17.1 Clients may choose to opt in to SMS messages through a separate, optional consent checkbox included in our service contract, or by providing verbal or written request. Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is NOT a condition of purchasing or receiving any services from Green Dynasty Group. Clients who do not opt in receive all communications by phone or email instead.
17.2 Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your project activity.
17.3 Fees. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier regarding your plan.
17.4 Opt-Out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving texts from us. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
